We live in a time when very little separates top athletes physically. The biggest difference is often in the mind. Some athletes know how to use it to help them perform their best, while others let their minds interfere with success. With mental training, you will discover how your mind can help you reach your goals.

Many people say their sport is 90% mental. Yet how much time do they spend training their minds? Be one of the few who knows how to use the mind to help the body. With mental training you can unlock your athletic potential!

Learning how to do mental training doesn't have to be expensive. Sure, you can spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars working with a sports psychologist, but you don't have to spend a fortune to help your mind help yourself. At The Mental Training School, you can take affordable courses to unleash your mind to help your body.

Why use mental training?

If you have ever...

  • Felt tense or nervous in competition
  • Relived your mistakes over and over again
  • Gotten stuck in a slump
  • Felt unmotivated
  • Failed to reach a goal
  • Doubted your abilities
  • Struggled to learn a new skill
  • Crumbled under pressure

then mental training is for you!

slump, frustration, failure
team, sport, determined
Maybe you're determined to make the team...

but success seems elusive. You've been trying hard, but not seeing enough improvement. Mental training will help you achieve success.

personal best, individual sport, dual sport
Maybe all you want is a personal best...

and yet your progress seems slow, or you feel stuck in a slump. Mental training will help you reach your goals.

win, winner, gold medal, champion
Or maybe you want to
win it all...

and you need something to give you the edge over your rivals. Mental training will help you consistently perform your best.

Hi, I’m Judy O'Donnell

I am passionate about helping students improve in their sports and in their lives through affordable mental training.

While earning my Master of Education Degree at Harvard University, one of the most important things that I learned was that teaching important information is not enough.

Unapplied knowledge helps no one.

Over the last 35 years, I have developed this system to help arm you with the skills that you need to succeed and the mindset to use those tools to take your performance to the next level.

In my Mental Training School courses, you’ll learn how to apply your new knowledge to your own situation and use it to achieve success.
