Each section has worksheets that walk you through how to use the information in the lessons.

That way, you can tailor the course to your specific needs.

Not only will the worksheets create a quick and easy reference, but they will also help you internalize what you learn.

There is also a progressive relaxation training script you can listen to as often as you like to enhance your relaxation skills.

Judy is passionate about helping her students take control of their athletic performance and their lives through mental training.


Judy has a Master of Education degree from Harvard University, a Coaching Authorization certificate from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners and is a former World Cup competitor.


She is a caring and compassionate teacher who has spent the last 35 years helping countless students unlock their potential.
